Jesus Valdez (J) is an Architect out of Houston, Texas. From an early age he’s been intrigued by the tectonic aspects of his environment and inspired by the potential of architecture to elevate the human condition.

He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and strives to create responsible place-based architecture whose performance, craft, and character serve to enhance the user’s experience.

Prior professional experience includes an internship with Jaja Architects in Copenhagen, Denmark.

J is a Terry Foundation Scholar, member of the AIA, and recipient of the McDermott Travel Fellowship in Architecture.


Kemi Esho (Kem) is an architectural designer from Los Angeles, CA. She relocated to Austin in early 2016.

She holds a Bachelor of the Arts degree from the University of California, Riverside in Interdisciplinary Studies - Business Administration, Art, and Theater. She he obtained her Master of Architecture degree from Woodbury University in 2013.

Kem's interests span art, architecture and design, business and entrepreneurship, community outreach, event planning, sustainable design, and volunteer work.


David Conley (Dave) is an Air Force brat who had the privilege of living in and visiting many countries which have influenced him greatly in his design philosophy, especially in architecture and urban planning. He has two degrees from the University of Texas at Austin - a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering.

Dave also played blackjack with Brad Pitt in the Tree of Life
